This French-inspired hat is worked with a twisted cable rib band and mitered double decreases that form straight lines. Stripe patterns jog when knitting in the round, so on this hat l chose to use I-cord appliqued on after the hat is knitted. The cherries and leaves were then added Mon Cheri is my trip to Paris without the passport!
